Connor Fisher

Connor helps clients in a broad range of areas ranging from compensation claims for the reservation of land and compulsory land taking matters, to assisting clients in navigating development and subdivision proposals.

Connor conducts planning and environmental disputes in the State Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates Court, the District Court, the Supreme Court and in private arbitration.

Connor also assists clients in dealing with regulatory authorities at the local, state and federal level and provides clients with strategic advice in relation to issues involving land clearing, waste and landfill, contamination and remediation, strategic planning, rezoning and scheme amendments.
