Our Story

Founded in 2012 by Glen McLeod, (and previously called Glen McLeod Legal), our firm was built on a vision—to bring decades of domestic and international ‘big firm’ expertise into a boutique legal setting. Glen recognised that planning and environmental legal matters could be served more effectively through a specialised, boutique approach.

In 2023, after a decade of dedicated work with the firm, Connor Fisher and Jess Hamdorf joined the directorship, reinforcing our commitment to excellence, innovation, and the future of boutique legal practice.

As a Western Australian-based firm, we have a deep understanding of the unique regulatory landscape and environmental challenges facing the state’s key industries, including resources, energy, agriculture, and urban development.
