Kate Durham

Kate supports clients in planning, environment, public and general commercial law issues with a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution. She has experience advising clients in areas such as water licencing, land tax, waste levies and environmental approvals at both state and federal levels. Kate’s skills extend to drafting private agreements such as leases and commission structures and advising clients in relation to statutory interpretation and strategic engagement with regulators.

Kate joins McLeod Fisher & Hamdorf after many years working in a major international firm and has a strong background in contractual disputes arising in the energy and resources sector.
